Georgeé Kluck
Georgeé Kluck is a national award-winner with over 30 years of experience and deep connections to northeastern Miami-Dade and Miami Beach communities. She leads the #1 Keller Williams Team in the South Florida Region and has built a “go-to” team with a reputation for steadfastly protecting clients’ interests, savvy negotiations, and innovative marketing strategies. Quantum Leap Journey
Every person's life is a book, a story of how they got to where they are going. Each person is responsible for writing their own story. Quantum Leap is Gary Keller's story. A self-made billionaire and the owner of Keller Williams Realty, Gary Keller’s Quantum Leap identifies the mindset and skills that create the framework of success. It is a conversation about how our actions and decisions determine our destiny, emphasizing living an intentional life, a life of no regrets.
When Georgeé first heard Gary Keller teach Quantum Leap, she was 50 years old and well into what most would consider a very successful career. Quantum Leap challenged her with some big, life-changing questions that put her on a path to build a life of intention. The conversation so profoundly changed her life that she was driven to share it with others so that they, too, may experience the benefits of its lessons and tools. Georgeé firmly believes that you can never be too old to learn and improve your life, and you can certainly never be too young. She teaches this class to individuals aged from 16 to 100, sharing the transformative power of Quantum Leap and inspiring others to live intentionally and with purpose

Four times a year, KW Next Gen offers a 3-month program of personalized coaching, tailored to the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. Our coaches from KW MAPS (Mega Achievement Productivity Systems) and our other volunteer coaches from the KW family are dedicated to helping you identify where you want to go and how to get there!
Those accepted into the program will engage in bi-monthly sessions with their coach for 3 months. Those receiving coaching will also be invited into monthly community cohort calls, providing the opportunity to form deep relationships, celebrate breakthroughs, and collectively tackle challenges you may be facing.
Quantum Leap Coaching is available to graduating high school seniors and adults under 30 at the time of application. All applicants must have attended at least one virtual or in-person event with KW Next Gen in the last 12 months and not be currently receiving one-on-one coaching from a KW MAPS or other KW Next Gen partner coach.
After each coaching cohort ends, we encourage qualifying participants with a financial need to apply for a Fund My Mission Scholarship. Unlike traditional scholarship programs, Fund My Mission Scholarships can be put toward a variety of resources and programs needed in the pursuit of a personal life mission.
Recipients are awarded up to $10,000 for education, training, coaching, or certifications that align with their personal life mission.
