In the course of curating this month's content, I came across the following quote from Brené Brown: "Talk to yourself like you would, someone you love."  It resonated with me and my personal growth journey.  We often underestimate the influence of our internal dialogue and how it profoundly shapes our outcomes in both business and life.  This conversation motivated me to share our first video.  Explore with me our brain’s natural tendency towards Negative Bias.
